BA I want my money back!
Before boarding a 10 hours flight one has to get excited about the movies, the comfort of your seat and so on. What a surprise when in today's flight, Seattle-London there were interefences in the video system that made the sound crack for the entire duration of the flight. I would like to ask BA if they plan to reimburse part of the money or at least give some free perks to every single passenger in the flight that enjoyed a "non entertainment sound available 10 hours".
Very poor.
